Skoda's cheapest crossover ready for premiere: design almost revealed

The new budget Skoda will be the cheapest crossover of the Czech company. Design revealed almost completely in the network, although the car is only preparing for the premiere. In dimensions, the novelty will be smaller than Renault Duster. And, probably, cheaper.

The promising model was previously shown for the first time on the official photo. Distantly, the new Skoda resembles the Vision 7S Concept 2022. Although that prototype foreshadows the appearance of a larger car, which will receive an electric powertrain. Autocar has shown the car from the rear.

But the company is yet to reveal the design of the model completely. And even the car doesn't have a name yet - it will be chosen later.

It is known that the new Skoda crossover will be named in the style of other similar models of the brand - with the first letter K in the name and the last letter q.

The new budget Skoda will be focused on the basic segment of the market due to attractive price and compact dimensions with a body length of about 4 meters.
