Kurtev urged citizens to be careful and respond to alarms
On Friday, April 5, Russian occupation forces shelled Zaporizhzhia, a city near the frontline, once again. The strikes hit a residential area, causing civilian casualties.
According to preliminary data, Putin's army used ballistic weapons to shell the city. This was reported by the secretary of Zaporizhzhia City Council Anatolii Kurtiev.
According to him, 6 people were injured in the shelling. In addition, 3 multi-storey buildings, 1 private sector building, a hostel, and a trade facility were damaged.
"The situation in Zaporizhzhia is dangerous again. According to preliminary data, 6 people were injured in the shelling. It is also known that 3 multi-storey buildings, 1 private house, a dormitory, and a commercial establishment were damaged," he said in a statement.
Kurtiev urged the citizens to be careful and respond to the alarms.

As a reminder, Russian occupation forces shelled the village of Dolynka in the Pologivsky district of Zaporizhzhia region with artillery. A 12-year-old boy was injured in the attack.
