Renault's new Toyota RAV4 rival: crossover first revealed in photos
The new 2025 Renault Austral crossover will rival the Toyota RAV4 with modern design and equipment. The low-cost model is being prepared for modernization, even though the car has not been on the market that long.
Details tells Carscoops. It is expected that the crossover will undergo restyling and will become similar to the Renault Rafale and Scenic E-Tech models. The car was first shown in a photo. This is a test prototype, so the appearance is hidden.
The new Austral will get a modified exterior lighting system of simple geometric shape, other air intakes and new bumpers. Perhaps, a little redesigned taillights.

The Renault Austral crossover is still a relatively new model. The car appeared in 2022 as a replacement for the low-cost Renault Kadjar. But the company is already working on the modernization, during which they plan to bring the model in line with the current corporate style.
