Renault's new budget crossover shown in its most practical version
The long-awaited low-cost Renault 4 crossover has already made its official debut as a budget electric model. Recently, the manufacturer has announced the most practical version of this car.
Despite the fact that the new Renault 4 E-Tech has already been fully declassified, the lineup has not yet included a van as a light commercial vehicle. But X-Tomi Design has shown what this practical modification might look like.
The silhouette of the model refers to the famous classic Renault 4L hatchback of the 60s. The front has a laconic glossy black panel and neat headlights. The Renault 4 E-Tech electric car has unpainted plastic parts on the bumpers that emphasize its off-road character. Still, it is a compact city crossover with a body length of 4.14 meters.
The company previously hinted at a range of about 400 km. And so it was - the top-end 150 hp variant is equipped with a 52 kWh battery. The basic version received 120 hp and a 40-kilowatt unit with a range of 300 km.
The new crossover will go on sale in 2025 with a price of up to 30,000 euros.
