The new Renault 4 EV is a long-awaited budget crossover from the French company for a new segment. The manufacturer is preparing the premiere of this model along with another car - a low-cost car Dacia.

Details have become known Carscoops. Several French premieres will take place within the framework of the Paris Motor Show, which will start in October 2024. The focus will be on affordable cars.

The design of the Renault 4 EV has already been shown more than once. At the front, there is a laconic glossy black panel and neat headlights. Also, probably, the cheap electric car will get unpainted plastic parts on the bumpers, which will emphasize its off-road character. But it will still be a compact city crossover with a body length of 4.2 meters.

Dacia Bigster

The Renault 4 is likely to go into production in 2025 in much the same form. The silhouette of the model refers to the famous classic Renault 4L hatchback of the 1960s.

The second novelty belongs to Dacia. Exact information about it was not provided. But it is expected to be a family crossover Dacia Bigster. Inexpensive car will be larger than the Duster 3 generation and will be able to accommodate seven people in the cabin.
