Making a salad for dinner is always a great idea. Since you can make them with any kind of food, the main thing is that the base is vegetables or herbs. And for a more substantial version, add boiled eggs, meat, and seafood.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, hearty protein salad made with chicken, cucumbers, and lettuce.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken
  • Eggs (whites)
  • Pickled cucumbers
  • Hard cheese
  • Mixed salad
  • Mix of seeds
  • Mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the eggs, and separate the white from the yolk. Cut the chicken, cheese, protein, and cucumber into cubes.

2. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise.
