The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, hearty protein salad made with chicken, cucumbers, and lettuce.
Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken
- Eggs (whites)
- Pickled cucumbers
- Hard cheese
- Mixed salad
- Mix of seeds
- Mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, and separate the white from the yolk. Cut the chicken, cheese, protein, and cucumber into cubes.
2. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with mayonnaise.
