Polish Customs Service database fails, traffic suspended. All details
The Ukrainian-Polish border has been experiencing problems with the passage of vehicles. This was due to technical problems in the database of the Polish Customs Service.
Currently, due to this malfunction, the clearance of all categories of vehicles in both directions has been completely stopped. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS).
"According to information received from our Polish colleagues, the database of the Customs Service of the Republic of Poland is currently down. Due to this malfunction, the clearance of all categories of vehicles in both directions is temporarily suspended. Please take this information into account when planning your trips," the statement reads.
This means that neither cars, nor trucks, nor other vehicles can cross the border between Ukraine and Poland until the base is reopened. Work is currently underway to fix the problem.
We will provide additional information on the resumption of customs services as soon as the Polish side restores the system.
