- 200 ml of warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 600 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Mix water, egg, and salt. Add flour and knead the dough.
Tip: when boiling, add a little oil to the water to prevent the dumplings from sticking to each other.
