The fact is that Nissan intends to abandon its sedans. At least after 2025, a successor to the Nissan Versa is not planned. The same goes for another model, the Altima. Perhaps such a decision will eventually be made regarding the Sentra.

The high demand for crossovers and SUVs is the right time to abandon sedans. Manufacturers are trying to adapt to new market conditions at an accelerated pace, so classic four-door models are victims of this optimization.
