The new budget crossover Skoda Kylaq for the 2025 model year will be the most affordable crossover of the Czech company. It became known that the car will be half the price of the Duster. The model is being prepared for the premiere, so it was shown in a photo.
Details about the car are available on the manufacturer's website. The name of the model was announced recently. The new Skoda crossover is named in the style of other similar models of the brand - with the first letter K in the name and the last letter q.
The length of the new model is 3996 mm, so it is a compact crossover. The estimated price of the Skoda Kylaq is less than $13,000 for the base variant.
The promising model was previously shown in another official photo. From a distance, the new Skoda resembles the Vision 7S Concept 2022.
The new Skoda budget car will be aimed at the basic market segment due to its attractive price and compact dimensions. The crossover will have a front-wheel drive and a 1 liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 115 hp.
