New family car from GM will go on sale at the price of Renault Logan
The new Wuling Hongguang 2024 from GM has been officially presented. The cheap, huge model for a large family will enter the market at the price of a Renault Logan and will be very practical.
CarNewsChina has learned about the car. The two companies (SAIC and General Motors) have long been cooperating and developing budget models in China. The cheap Wuling Hongguang minivan is another result of their collaboration.
The design is quite calm. This is unusual to see today when even budget family models are trying to make them look aggressive and "sporty". And the cheapness of the model was not hidden.

With a body length of 4515 mm (wheelbase of 2850 mm), a width of 1725 mm, and a height of 1790 mm, the car offers a practical interior for 5 and 7 seats.
Buyers will be able to purchase an all-electric version with a range of about 300 km. The price of the Wuling Hongguang starts at $10,000. Later, a 1.5-liter gasoline engine will appear as part of a hybrid modification.
