Suzuki is a well-known automaker that pleases customers with reliable, practical, and inexpensive models. But soon these cars will be completely different. Many things will change, and we already know something about it.

According to Carscoops, Suzuki will stop offering certain models in some markets by the end of 2024. We are talking about the Suzuki Swift Sport, Jimny LCV, Ignis, and Swace models.

This is due to stricter legislation on environmental standards. Non-compliant vehicles will have to be discontinued. Instead, the company will begin to develop hybrid and electric vehicles more actively.

Suzuki Jimny EV

For example, the famous cheap SUV Suzuki Jimny will soon receive new modifications that will surely appeal to customers and make the model more popular. The Japanese company has officially confirmed some of its plans to expand the Jimny model line, while others have been hinted at.

The inexpensive Suzuki Jimny SUV will definitely receive an electric modification. This option has already been shown in the first photo. The teaser is darkened, but we can see the changed lighting. The car is expected to enter the market by 2030.

Another option is the Jimny hybrid. Such an SUV can help in the transition period to full electrification. The Suzuki Jimny pickup has long been of interest to many. The manufacturer has not confirmed such a car, but it is known that such a modification has long been in development.
