Ingredients:

  • Herring or frozen mackerel 2 kg

Marinade:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp of salt (without a slide)
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of ketchup sauce
  • 50 ml of vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Clean and cut the fish. Chop the onion in half rings.

2. Mix everything for the marinade and heat.

3. Pour the marinade over the mackerel, add the onion, and cover.
