The list was compiled based on feedback from 99,144 new car owners after 90 days of use, who shared their opinions on the quality of their new vehicle.
Experts surveyed U.S. car owners. Satisfaction in this case is expressed in a point system. The average score for the industry was determined at 838 for inexpensive cars. The leader (Mini) scored 858 points.
