Jeep faces a problem while preparing a low-cost model for 2025
The low-cost 2025 Jeep Compass model is preparing for its next-generation premiere. A lot is already known about the car. The manufacturer even showed the first photo. But there was a problem with this car.
The new 3rd generation Jeep Compass should start production in 2025. According to Carscoops, there are two plants for the compact crossover – in Italy and Canada. Work at the second plant has been suspended.
The Canadian plant was busy modernizing to prepare production lines for the new Jeep Compass. However, the start of production was postponed to 2026. Employees of the company are puzzled by the uncertainty of the future state of the North American car market.
The new Jeep Compass will soon be fully declassified.

At the same time, Italian production is expected to start without problems in 2025. The last time Jeep Compass changed generations was in 2016. The next-generation model is being developed on the platform of the new Peugeot 3008 and Opel Grandland. This has pros and cons.
The new Jeep Compass for the 2025 model year will be available in different versions – as an EV and with an internal combustion engine. However, all-wheel drive will now be offered only in an all-electric version. The electric car is expected to have a maximum battery capacity of 98 kWh and a range of 700 km in the top version.
