The best-selling cars in Ukraine are inexpensive cars that are very popular. Motorists in particular have long preferred crossovers. It is these cars that buyers like the most.

Affordable cars are once again leading the sales rankings. In August 2024, according to statistics from Ukravtoprom, the new car market amounted to 8.1 thousand units. This is 27% more than in July 2024.

At the same time, sales increased by 40% compared to August 2023.

Skoda Octavia

The most popular cars in Ukraine:

  1. Toyota (1248 units);
  2. Renault (738 units);
  3. BMW (633 units);
  4. Skoda (538 units);
  5. Volkswagen (483 units).

The leaders are well-known manufacturers of affordable cars. The top two positions are occupied by Toyota and Renault, which are constantly changing places in the ranking. Renault Duster, a budget crossover, topped the market.

Interestingly, BMW, the premium brand that stands out in the ranking, took third place. It is no secret that the market of expensive cars in Ukraine is doing particularly well today.
