How to keep spiders away from garden lights: effective tips
Spiders are attracted to garden lights because they are always drawn to the light, but you can repel them with natural remedies.
Experts have shared their tips on using warm lighting and strong scents such as lavender and citrus to get rid of spiders, OBOZ.UA writes.
Although spiders are harmless, the accumulation of cobwebs on garden lights can be unsightly over time and make the space look untidy.
Spiders do not like strong odors such as lavender oil or citrus fruits, so add a few drops near the lights to deter them.
Switching to warmer white LED lights can also be a solution, as spiders and insects are more attracted to the bright lighting of cool white tones. Choosing amber or yellow light instead of bright white or blue bulbs can reduce the number of unwanted visitors.
It is also important to keep garden lights clean. Regularly wiping them not only helps with maintenance but also eliminates any cobwebs, scaring away spiders.
