The secret was shared by the user @hellokristen. Her advice concerns the problem that almost any airplane passenger can face - sleeping during a flight. In particular, she advises using a neck brace instead of a neck pillow.
"I have purchased like five different travel neck pillows and they all suck. I wish that something would just hold my neck in place, kind of like a neck brace," said @hellokristen in her video.
According to her, unlike a pillow, a neck brace supports the neck from all sides.
"If I’m traveling for more than eight hours, I do not care how I look. It is all about comfort," the blogger admitted.
