How to clean glass shower doors to a shine: try this shockingly effective product
Glass shower doors are usually difficult to keep clean because they are exposed to a lot of soap and moisture on a daily basis, which eventually leads to limescale build-up on the surface.
Instead of spending money on buying a cleaner, you can use an organic product against limescale on glass, which you probably already have in your kitchen, OBOZ.UA writes.
Although there are many glass cleaners that do the job great, vinegar is a cheaper option. Just spray the solution on the glass walls and leave it on for a few minutes before wiping it off.
It may sound strange, but white vinegar naturally breaks down the minerals that make up limescale, so it's easy to wash off.
What's fantastic about white vinegar is that it evaporates extremely quickly, so it doesn't leave behind streaks or hazy spots if you use it to clean the doors.
Limescale is known to stick stubbornly to surfaces, making it difficult to get rid of, but vinegar is an easy way to dissolve this dirt in five minutes and without much effort.
How to use vinegar to get rid of limescale
All you need to do is pour equal amounts of vinegar and warm water into an empty spray bottle and then spray it abundantly on the glass doors.
Let the solution drip and leave it without touching for at least five minutes. When the time is up, wipe the glass and the limescale should come off easily.
Rinse with clean water, dry it with a cloth, and your shower doors will be as shiny as new.
