How to change your Kyivstar tariff: the operator shares detailed instructions

The company spoke about this. They noted that you can change the tariff by using 477 or 477*1 codes or:

• opening My Kyivstar application (All Tariffs section)
• calling 466.

It happens that the minutes provided in the tariff, as well as gigabytes, SMS, etc., may run out before the tariff expires. In this case, the subscribers can order an additional package of services in several ways. In particular:

• in the self-service system of My Kyivstar;
• at the contact center or at the store.

Kyivstar has changed its tariffs starting from December 20

In addition, the company has previously announced a change in the cost of some prepaid tariffs on December 20. Starting from January 1, 2025, it will include business customers too.

"In the updated tariffs, we will offer subscribers more services: additional gigabytes and minutes, and the ability to order additional Bezlim (Unlimited) perks. At the same time, some tariffs for business customers will change their name and content. Thus, corporate subscribers will be able to use the power of the Unlimited too, including Internet, calls and SMS. Also, customers will be able to connect Personal Internet in most tariffs," the statement said.

As reported, Kyivstar launched a number of new tariffs on December 19. They are available for users of the Vse Razom line (currently costing UAH 200 per month, but after the end of the promotion, the cost will increase significantly) and Domashniy Internet.
