Ingredients:
- Beets –1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc
- Potatoes – 1 pc
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc
- Canned cucumber – 1 pc
- Purple onion – 1 pc
- Canned peas – 100 g
- Pumpkin oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Bake or boil the vegetables, peel, and dice them.
2. Finely chop the onion, add the peas, and pour over the oil, mix well.
