If you want to make a delicious and light salad, choose lettuce leaves, fresh vegetables, and herbs for the base. To make the dish more filling, add avocado, shrimp, meat, cheese, and eggs.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, healthy, and satisfying salad with tuna, lettuce, and avocado.
Ingredients:
- Salad mix
- Avocado – 1 pc.
- Tuna – 1 can
- Cherry tomatoes – 10 pcs.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp approximately
- Balsamic vinegar – to taste
- Salt, dried garlic – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes and avocado.
2. Put lettuce leaves in a bowl, add tomatoes and avocado, tuna, and oil. Add the vinegar, spices, and oil, mix and you're ready to eat!
