The new 2025 model year SsangYong Actyon crossover from the nearly forgotten Korean brand will offer practicality and stylish design at an affordable price. The new car will be a low-cost rival to the Toyota RAV4. The car was shown on the official photos.

As recalls OBOZ.UA, earlier the new crossover was known as the project SsangYong KGM J120. However, it turned out to be the long-awaited new generation of the Actyon model.

The novelty was made on the basis of SsangYong Torres, but the body here is different. The car has a more dynamic silhouette and spectacular design of exterior lighting equipment. Technical details are not disclosed yet.

The related SsangYong Torres is equipped with a gasoline 1.5-liter turbo engine with an output of 170 hp. In the case of installation of the factory HBO the output is 165 hp. There is also an electric version. Most likely, such powertrains should be expected for the SsangYong Actyon 2025.

Recall, SsangYong has changed its name to KGM since 2024. Earlier, corporate giant KG Group took over the management of the manufacturer, all its facilities and divisions, becoming the sole owner.

Initially, the name KG Mobility was considered, which had already appeared in the media. But in the end it was considered too long. And this is even without the names of individual models. Therefore, decided to reduce to three letters.
