Netflix announced the completion of filming the third season of the show on its social media. However, it has not yet announced the date of its release. It is only known that new episodes will be released in 2025.
It is known that two new stars have joined the cast of the project in this part. They will be Ty Doran, known for the "Manifest" series, and Noah Lamanna, who can be seen in the "Star Trek: Strange New Worlds." Doran will play a guy named Wolfe who doesn't like poetry, despite being in Ginny's poetry class. Lamanna will play skateboarder Tris, a very smart and influential person who is a mentor to her peers.
The third season of "Jeannie & Georgia" will focus on the consequences of Georgia's arrest at the end of the previous installment, but will also include new storylines that will concern Jeannie's relationship with her classmates. The heroine will struggle with a personal crisis and the problems that haunt her.
We know about the series that the third season will not be the last for "Jeannie and Georgia." The first two parts of the story were very successful. They were watched more than any other series on Netflix between January and June 2023. As a result, the platform decided to extend the show for seasons 3 and 4.
