Experts have compiled a list of the most reliable cars for 2025. This information will be useful for those planning to buy a used car. Approximately half of the models on the list are inexpensive ones, while others have fallen significantly in price on the secondary market.
The best models in terms of reliability are reported by Carscoops based on JD Power data. The authors studied cars of 2022, i.e. those that are 3 years old. The list was compiled on the basis of feedback from owners.
In this case, reliability is determined by the number of breakdowns per 100 cars. As you can see, the rating is dominated by Japanese and American cars.
