Easier than "crab salad": salad with pineapple, fillet and eggs
If you want to prepare a delicious and nourishing salad very quickly, use vegetables, herbs, chicken, cheese, and seafood. For dressing, use sour cream, mustard, and oil instead of mayonnaise.
- canned pineapple - 1/2 b
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- fillet - 1 pc
- eggs - 4 pcs
- corn - 1/2 b
- salt, mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet with allspice, bay leaf and salt.
2. Dice all ingredients, add herbs, salt, mayonnaise and mix.
