Don't be fooled by low prices: these crossovers shouldn't be bought according to experts

Today, crossovers are the most popular cars both in the new segment and in the secondary market. There are many similar inexpensive used cars on sale, and this attracts buyers. The main thing is to look at the worst car at a low price and avoid making a bad purchase.

What Car experts have named crossovers that should not be bought. The reason is low reliability. British experts surveyed more than 20,000 car owners and identified the least reliable crossovers under 5 years old.

The worst compact used crossovers on the market in 2024:

1. Citroen C3 Aircross (from 2017);
2. MG ZS (from 2017);
3. Skoda Kamiq (from 2019);
4. Kia Stonic (from 2017);
5. Renault Captur (from 2019);
6. Ford Puma (from 2019);
7. Seat Arona (from 2018);
8. Suzuki SX4 S-Cross (2013-2021);
9. Volkswagen T-Roc (from 2018);
10. Dacia Duster (from 2018).

The Citroen C3 Aircross topped the anti-rating. According to experts, about a third of the cars have various malfunctions.

Ford Puma is in the middle of the list. Almost every fifth owner complains about various breakdowns.

The last place is taken by the 2nd generation Dacia Duster. It is the least problematic car on the list.
