Details of the merger of Honda and Nissan, which may lead to inexpensive cars, have emerged

Earlier, Honda and Nissan announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding. They consolidated cooperation with the prospect of further merger into a larger company. According to Motor1, the situation with Mitsubishi has also been clarified.
Mitsubishi (which, along with Nissan, is in an alliance with Renault) had previously joined the project, but only in an observational role. Now it is reported that Mitsubishi is not interested in participating. Although the manufacturer has not yet commented on the process.
