BMW is preparing several models of the new generation, which will be the cheapest in the lineup and will replace the 1 series. The cars will receive new motors - electric instead of internal combustion engine. One of them was shown in the network.
And earlier there were details and information about the design of models BMW i1 and BMW i2 (preliminary names). Now the artist avarvarii has prepared his view on the possible appearance of the car, which is expected to debut in 2027.
It is unknown whether the production models will be similar to this image. But the BMW Vision Neue Klasse concept was taken as a basis, which showed the stylistic direction for the next models of the company.
It is known that the first electric car will be presented as a compact hatchback and sedan, while the second will be a crossover in two variants. It is expected that the new BMW electric cars will be built just on the Neue Klasse platform. The cars can get rear-wheel drive, front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
The new architecture offers a wide range of configurations. In a sporty version from division M new BMWs can be equipped with two electric motors as part of all-wheel drive transmission.
