The latest statistics on used car sales in Ukraine for September 2024 show a steady decline in the market, even amid declining sales of new cars. Now, even the cheapest cars are having trouble being bought by Ukrainians.

Used cars outsell new models many times over. Such cars are the cheapest on the market. According to the Ukravtoprom organization, the Volkswagen Golf once again topped the used car market in September.

However, compared to August, sales statistics fell by 34%. Compared to 2023, there was a 19% decline.

The most popular used cars in Ukraine (September 2024):

1. Volkswagen Golf – 1018 pcs;
2. Renault Megane – 793 units;
3. Skoda Octavia – 685 units;
4. Volkswagen Tiguan – 483 units;
5. Volkswagen Passat – 477 units;
6. Nissan Leaf – 440 units;
7. Audi Q5 – 426 units;
8. Audi A4 – 333 units;
9. Tesla Model 3 – 325 units;
10. Nissan Rogue – 322 units.

In total, in September 2024, Ukrainian motorists registered about 17 thousand used cars.
