The powerful Cupra Leon model from the Spanish company SEAT is based on the inexpensive VW Golf and Skoda Octavia. However, its top version offers high performance and a sporty look. The car was shown in detail after modernization.
After the restyling, the body remains unchanged. The new Cupra Leon retains its silhouette and streamlined lines. The similarities with the related SEAT Leon also did not changed. Autogefühl shows the details.
The main changes can be seen at the front. There are new headlights with spectacular integrated daytime running lights, a new grille and air intakes, and a redesigned bumper.
The rear bumper was also replaced, and the lights were updated. New wheels and a fresh body color palette were added. The interior has been redesigned, with new equipment and an up-to-date modification of the multimedia system.
The engines of the Cupra Leon have retained their diversity. The model is offered with gasoline and diesel engines, as well as a hybrid powertrain. The range of 150-333 hp is available depending on the chosen modification.
