This was reported in local public media. "Most reports of an explosion in Rostov came from Zapadny and Voenved," they wrote.

A video was also posted online showing a loud explosion in Rostov. Afterwards, car alarms went off.

It should be noted that this is the second "bavovna" in Rostov in two days. On November 3, loud explosions were also heard there. According to local residents, there were at least eight explosions.
