The representative of the second welterweight division, Oleksandr Yegorov (20-10-1, 10 KOs), who betrayed Ukraine, lost by knockout in the second round to the professional debutant Abdumalik Khalokov at a boxing evening in Tashkent. At the same time, the native of Simferopol was entered into the tournament under the yellow and blue flag, although he had fought under the Russian flag.

This is reported by the popular project LuckyPunch.net. Egorov was represented under the Ukrainian flag not only on the poster of the show in the capital of Uzbekistan. Before the fight with Khalokov, he was announced as a boxer from our country by the ring announcer.

The fight was supposed to include four rounds, but it didn't even go halfway. In the second three minutes, the Uzbek boxer really beat up his opponent. At one point, Khalokov scored with a right side kick and sent Yegorov to the floor. The traitor of Ukraine was unable to get up on the count of 10, and the referee recorded the victory of the ring master by a clean knockout.

Yegorov once fought for the well-known Union Boxing Promotion, boxing in different cities of Ukraine. Since 2018, he has lost all his fights - three of them in Russia and the rest in other countries. At the same time, he was knocked out in Moscow in August 2023 under the Russian flag.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) intends to fight at the NSC Olimpiyskiy stadium after Ukraine's victory in the war against Russian aggressors.
