You only need clingfilm: how to quickly unblock a clogged toilet pan

Cleaning a clogged toilet is a rather unpleasant job. But there are some great tips on how to make this task easier and not to get your hands dirty. Here is one of the most effective ones, for which you won't need any extra tools and everyone in the kitchen has it.
That's exactly what user Jeannie Thurman shared on her TikTok account. According to her, you can break through a clog in the toilet pan with a little clingfilm. (To see the video, skip to the end of the news.)
To use this method, you need to wrap it tightly around the toilet bowl on the seat side. Next, you need to use the flush button and press the middle of the film several times so that it does not break. After a couple of seconds, the water should begin to flow easily into the pipe.
This trick works on the same principle as the plunger. The film blocks the access of air to the toilet bowl, and a few presses on its surface forces the air bubble inside to create additional pressure in the pipe. It is the air bubble that pushes the clog inside. Then, the water flows easily into the drain.
In this case, there is neither a need to get your hands dirty, nor to use aggressive chemicals to clean the pipes. However, experienced plumbers say that this doesn't always work. Serious clogs may require a professional. It also won't work if you don't fully restrict the air supply to the pan.
