Yeast easter cake with condensed milk: it turns out very puffy

The most delicious Easter cake comes out of yeast dough. The mass rises well and after baking it becomes high and puffy. And for a delicate flavor you should add condensed milk.

Ingredients for sourdough:
- 50 g sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 25 g of pressed yeast
- 50 grams of flour
Method for preparing the sourdough:
1. mix everything together.
2. Leave the sourdough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 75 g sugar.
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 yolks
- 1 egg
- 250g condensed milk
- 0.25 tsp. turmeric (optional)
- 100 grams of butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cream (33%)

1. Mix everything. Add the sourdough. Stir until the two masses are completely combined.
2. Add the sifted flour and begin to knead a smooth elastic dough, which is not sticky to the hands. But it is not necessary to block it with flour.
3. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1.5-2 hours.
4. While the dough is standing, pour 100 g of raisins in boiling water for a few seconds. Drain the water and dry the dried fruit with a paper towel.
5. Add 1 tsp of flour, mix.

6. Stir the dried fruit into the dough.
7. Shape the pastries.
8. Leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
9. Grease the Easter cakes with egg and send them to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 50-60 minutes.
