What to add to the Olivier salad instead of sausage and chicken: a spring version of the dish
Traditional Olivier salad is cooked with chicken or sausage. And for dressing, they definitely use a lot of mayonnaise. But in the spring one wants lighter and fresher food. Therefore, the salad should be slightly interpreted.

- 200 g shrimp
- 200 g cucumber
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 2 eggs
- 100 g peas
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
2. Chop the cucumber and shrimp.
3. Dip the frozen peas in salted boiling water and boil for 2 minutes.
4. Put them on a sieve and pour cold water. This way they won't lose their color.
Ingredients for pink sauce:
- 100 g mayonnaise.
- 30 g of ketchup
- 4 garlic cloves
