Cheesecake batter often turns out too runny. It's all because of the sugar - it just softens the mass. Therefore, if you like rather sweet products, this ingredient should be replaced.

The idea of making cheesecakes without sugar, which do not fall apart, was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname naidonova_bakery. According to this technology in the mass for cheesecakes instead of sugar you need to add powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g powder
  • 30 g semolina
  • 30 g nut flour (just grind any nut)
  • 30 g rice flour (can be replaced by regular flour)
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Mix well with a spoon. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Form the cheesecakes with a knife or a glass.

4. Fry them in butter (you can use butter + vegetable oil).

What ingredients to mix for the sauce:

  • 200 g cream (any fat)
  • 50 g white chocolate (you can just caramelize sugar instead of chocolate)
  • 30-50 g of nut paste (hazelnut, almond, pistachio).
