What spring salad to make with beans: a recipe without mayonnaise

Boiled or canned beans are a useful product for making salads, which can be prepared with vegetables, eggs, Korean carrots, mushrooms, corn and with various dressings.
Food blogger Natasha Parkhomenko on her YouTube channel(Natasha Parkhomenko) shared a recipe for a hearty bean salad with a tasty dressing without mayonnaise, which can be eaten during Lent.
Ingredients:
- boiled/canned red beans - 250 g
- yellow bell pepper - 0,5 pc
- cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- red onion - 0,5 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- parsley
- mustard with grains - 1 tbsp.
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the peppers and tomatoes into medium cubes, the onions into half rings. Mix the vegetables together.
2. Beans can be boiled or canned and added to the vegetables.
3. Chop and add parsley.
4. Grate and add garlic.
5. Add salt, pepper, mustard and season with vegetable oil.
