Not every new car is worth buying. The affordable models on this list are best skipped. Look at other cars instead.
Autoevolution has studied the market for new cars that lose out to their competitors in almost everything and don't stand up to criticism. Most of the cars fall within the $16,000 to $40,000 range in terms of price, making them quite affordable. However, the authors insist that the price is inappropriately high for many of these cars.
