The tastiest gravy for buckwheat: made with mushrooms

A delicious addition to porridge, pasta, mashed potatoes, dumplings and dumplings is gravy. It can be made with mushrooms, chicken, pork, flour and sauce.
Food blogger Ekaterina Molchan(katarina_movchan) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for mushroom gravy with cream and sour cream, which would be perfect with buckwheat.
Ingredients:
- champignons - 500 g
- flour - 30 g
- garlic - 4 cloves
- onion - 1 pc
- 10-15% cream - 400 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- boiling water - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 6 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the mushrooms and fry until tender with half the oil. Transfer to a bowl, wipe out the pan.
2. In a dry frying pan, toast the flour until golden. Transfer to a separate bowl.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Cut the onion in half rings and chop the garlic. Fry on a low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the flour, stir and immediately add the mushrooms, cream and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes.
