Ford Evos crossover is built based on the new Mondeo, which in no way makes it to the global market outside of China. Now the model has been turned into a low-cost economical crossover with a hybrid powertrain.
The novelty was reported on Autohome. At the moment, the car is undergoing road tests. A hybrid crossover was shown in the photo.
The car with a streamlined silhouette and squat stance looks dynamic. Large wheels, huge air intakes and narrow thin headlights: it has all modern tendencies. However, the model with a hybrid powertrain does not differ from a standard crossover from the outside.

The EcoBoost two-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine is combined with an electric motor. The combined output is 288 hp. However, the new Ford Evos Hybrid will also offer fuel efficiency.
The hybrid crossover will go on sale closer to the end of 2023. The approximate price is about $30,000 for the base version. Production will be launched in the PRC just like standard Evos and Mondeo sedan.
