It turns out that the door in a front-loading washing machine is not made flat, because it is thanks to this design that things remain in the drum during washing, and do not get stuck in the door seal, where clothes can be damaged or left behind and not washed.
"The reason for this tilt is that during washing, the clothes are pushed back into the drum. This way, it doesn't get stuck inside the door's rubber cuff," the blogger said.
