Pedro Rodriguez made history

Lazio's Spanish midfielder Pedro Rodriguez scored a goal in the 18th minute against the Dutch AZ (1-2) in the Conference League round of 16 match, becoming the first player in football history to score in the play-offs of all European football competitions. Prior to that, Rodriguez scored in the Champions League and Europa League.

The 35-year-old world and European champion in 2010, playing for Barcelona, helped defeat German side Stuttgart 4-0 in the Champions League round of 16.

In 2019, Pedro scored five goals in the Europa League play-offs as a Chelsea player.

After Lazio finished third in the 2022/23 Europa League season, Pedro made his debut in the Conference League.
