Tender Tiramisu Cheese Cake: No need to bake
"Tiramisu" is not only a popular Italian dessert, but also an Easter cake. This dessert is based on fermented dairy curd. You don't have to bake the mixture, because it freezes well in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- sour milk cottage cheese- 400 grams
- butter - 100 grams
- condensed milk - 60 ml
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- instant coffee - 1 cup
- savoyardi cookies - 12 pcs.
- sugar - 3 tablespoons

1. Whip the cottage cheese, soft butter, condensed milk, sour cream and sugar with a blender until smooth.
2. Coffee is brewed and poured into a bowl.
