A delicious sweet casserole that can be topped with fruit, berries, or raisins is the perfect breakfast option. It can be made not only with cottage cheese, but also with coconut.
Foodblogger Julia Fedorenko(fedorenko_pp) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for tender coconut casserole, which you can make without flour, semolina, and sugar.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- kefir - 200 g
- coconut chips - 40 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs and the sweetener. Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
2. Add the kefir and coconut to the mixture. Mix and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole with shavings.
