Salad with mivina and sausage for the Easter table: how to prepare a budget dish
The classic varmicelli - mivina - can be the basis for a tasty and budget salad. It can be prepared in different ways: with sausage, crab sticks, add different vegetables and herbs.
Food blogger Xenia Radostina(radostina_ksenia) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for a budget salad with mivina, sausage and mayonnaise, which is perfect for the Easter holiday table.
Ingredients:
- mivina - 1 p
- boiled sausage - 250 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs
- cucumber - 1-2 pcs
- greens
- salt
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the mivina and let it swell.
2. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
3. Also dice cucumbers and sausage, chop greens.
