The new Renault Scenic E-Tech low-cost electric crossover is getting ready to premiere. The pre-production prototype was caught on camera and shown on the network.

It is reported by Carscoops. This is the fifth generation of the Scenic model. However, the famous practical car was turned into a crossover for the first time. Minivans are no longer in high demand, so famous names have to be interpreted in other formats and segments.

It is expected that the length of the Renault Scenic E-Tech 2024 will not exceed 4.5 meters. That is, the model will turn out to be a compact crossover. The car was shown in camouflage film. However, we can see the details.

There is not much time left before the official premiere, so the manufacturer does not bother with secrecy. The new electric car has received external lighting equipment of simple geometric shape, straight lines of the body and a minimum of air intakes.

According to preliminary information, the electric crossover will receive one motor with an output of 215 hp or two at 389 hp in the top variant. It will be located above the Renault Megane E-Tech in the model lineup with an estimated price of about 35-40 thousand dollars for the basic version.

OBOZREVATEL has already reported about Ford's electric cars to replace several well-known models.
