Pork belly in soy sauce: how to bake meat in the oven in a delicious way

The pork belly is a delicious meat appetizer for the holiday table, which can be prepared in different ways: in brine, baked in the oven in foil or sleeve, boiled or marinated. The most important thing is to choose the right spices, which will further develop the taste of the future dish.
Ukrainian chef Nikolay Lyulko(mykola_lyulko) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for baked pork belly with spices, ginger and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- pork belly - 1100 g
- garlic - 4 cloves
- ginger root - 30 g
- smoked paprika - 1.5 tsp.
- coriander - 1.5 tsp.
- pepper - 1 tsp.
- salt - 3 tsp.
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the spices, ginger and garlic except the bay leaf.
2. With the resulting mass rub the pork belly on all sides. Wrap in parchment or foil in two layers and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 170 degrees, bake for 2 hours. After baking, rest for 30 minutes.
