Oven-style baked pork: how to cook succulent meat

- pork thigh - 1,5 kg
- spices: parika, svan salt, garlic salt, ground fenugreek, meat universal seasoning, BBQ seasoning, lard seasoning
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the spices and salt together. Baste the pork thoroughly in the mixture. Wrap the meat in parchment or foil.
2. Put the meat in a cold oven and bake at 180 degrees for 3 hours. After that, turn off the oven and leave the meat to cool completely.
3. Put the baked pork in the refrigerator, you can eat it the next day.
