Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200g sausage
  • 2 tomatoes
  • green onion
  • corn - 200 g
  • cucumber - 1 pc
  • mayonnaise
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Put two eggs in a bowl.

2. Add a pinch of salt, stir and cook the pancakes.

3. Slice the pancakes, sausage, cucumbers and tomatoes into sticks.

 

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add the corn and onion, mix.

 

5. Add salt to taste and mayonnaise, mix again.
